- Bathroom 3: Private bathroom for the Master King bedroom, includes 2 sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet.
- Bathroom 4 (Second Floor): Includes 2 sinks, a bathtub with shower above it, and a toilet; shared between the boys' and girls' bedrooms.
The villa also features a laundry chute from the second floor and a full-size washing machine and dryer.

Our villa is designed to be disabled and child-friendly, with a ground floor master bedroom tailored for accessibility, featuring a walk-in shower that accommodates a wheelchair. A pool fence is installed to ensure child safety around the pool area.
